Hours of Operation (By appointment only)
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Refund Policy

• All services and hair product sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

Service Guidelines

• We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
• For a serene salon atmosphere, please don't bring children unless they're receiving services.
• Only clients receiving services should enter the salon to respect the privacy of others.

Appointments

• Prices are fixed; negotiations will not be entertained.
• Please book all required services together to allocate ample time.
• For hair extensions, ensure coloring is done before installation. Deliver any alternate hair for coloring two weeks before the appointment.
• All services necessitate a prior consultation.
• Payments accepted: cash and major credit cards. No checks.

Pricing

• All service quotes are valid for 14 days. Beyond that, prices might change.
• If over 30 days have passed since your initial consultation, a new one will be needed for current pricing.

Pets

• Pets are not permitted.

Deposits

• Hair extension and non-surgical hair replacement bookings require a deposit, which is subtracted from the total service cost. These deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• No-shows will be charged the full price of scheduled service.
• A 48-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations, or a fee will be incurred. 
• Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) will need to rebook.
• Strand-by-strand extension service cancellations need 48-hour notice, or the deposit is forfeited.
• Rebook within 30 days of original appointment date or deposit is lost.
• Personal items left at the salon for over 30 days will be discarded.

Consultation Fee

• Our consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that if you do not cancel or reschedule your consultation at least 48 hours in advance, the fee will not be refunded or applied to future appointments.

Online Returns

• Return items within 3 days in original, unaltered condition.
• Buyers cover return shipping.
• Customized items are not returnable.
• Returns have a 10% restocking fee.
• Sale items are non-returnable.

Shipping

• International shipments might incur customs/duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
• We aren't liable for lost or stolen packages after dispatch. Choose a secure shipping method.

Personal Items

• Please take your belongings when leaving. Items left for more than 30 days will be disposed of.
